The main attraction is, of course, the beach, and it's a short walk down the block, directly to the heart of the beach area, the playground and all the fun.

Our beautiful private courtyards are a nice place to sit in sun or shade. They can provide for family gatherings up to 25 people with access to picnic tables and charcoal grills.

Our location is only 15 minutes south of Portsmouth, 10 minutes east of Exeter and 15 minutes north of Newburyport. During the off season this makes us an excellent choice for traveling nurses, as there are hospitals in all three of those cities. Business persons and others traveling the seacoast also find this to be an excellent working and living location, with dual phone jacks and the availability of high speed internet. Whatever your needs, we strive to make your housing a special place during your stay away from home.
